Early Years:  I began remodeling homes with my father when I was 9 years old.  By the time that I had graduated from West Linn High School I had painted over 30 homes. Continuing on, painting put me through Oregon State.  After college I found myself expanding my business to 2 crews and focusing on west-side neighborhoods.

Real Estate Investment:  In the early 90's I pursued a career in real estate that led to property investment & restoration.  I discovered a passion for creating beauty and restoring the life within a neglected house that just needs the touch of an Artisan.



A Return to Contracting:  When the real estate market shifted I found myself shifting as well.  For the first time in over 17 years I found myself as a contractor working on other peoples homes and not just working on my own purchased projects.



Today I balance 1 or 2 paint crews throughout the summer months with year round remodeling.  The ArtisanNW.com key employees have been in the construction industry for years and are the foundation of crews that include clean cut students on summer break.   This is a family business and I am lucky to have my daughters lending a hand on the paint and remodeling crews.  We are dedicated to quality improvements done in an organized and rapid fashion.
